About UsMKP Electric is a family owned business that was started in 1999 as MKP Builders, it was named using my daughter's initials.
The biggest problem we experienced, as builders, was getting an electrician to show up when they were supposed to and do the job they promised. After many classes, tests and on the road experiences we made the shift to full-time electricians. Since we were builders, we know all the intricacies of homes and how to do work in the cleanest, least damaging manner possible. In 2011, after the effects of Hurricane Irene and tropical storm Lee we saw that the weather was becoming more unpredictable, and power outages were much more common. We researched generators and realized they could solve many issues as a result of the unpredictable weather situations. |
